It’s the weekend and I think I can honestly say that the worst of my illness is behind me.  But, just to be sure, I skipped the Bulldogs game against Carlton on the Saturday.  They promptly rewarded me with their best win of the season, a 28 point victory over Carlton.   “M” is happy with this and we spend a very relaxed day.  We headed out on Sunday for our traditional lunch in the city and then made our way for a winter’s stroll through the Royal Botanical Gardens.
